Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our distribution flow with accuracy and efficiency. You will pick, pack, scan, and prepare orders while maintaining quality standards in a multi-temperature environment.

The role starts at $18.00 per hour with strong pay and benefits from Day 1, including 401(k) matching, education assistance, PTO, and an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing 10-35 pounds and generally up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack product according to established standards.
• Run scanning equipment.
• Pack orders to the customer’s requirement and/or from provided specifications.
• Meet established productivity standards and quality standards.
• Self-identifies mistakes and provides timely feedback; involves others in problem-solving.
