Staff Management | SMX at Callaway Golf is hiring Warehouse Picker/Packers to support a premier client in Roanoke, TX. The role involves picking, packing, assembly, shipping, receiving, unloading, and other general labor duties within a modern distribution center.

1st shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM with potential overtime; pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.00 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/life insurance, paid time off, weekly pay, and direct deposit options.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Able to read and follow written and verbal directions in English for safety and training.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 12 hours.

This role includes picking, packing, assembly, shipping, receiving, unloading, and other general labor based job duties.

Shift Information

• 1st shift: Monday - Friday (Saturdays & Sundays required if scheduled during peak season), 6:00AM - 6:00PM
• Hours subject to change due to mandatory overtime and range between 8-12 hours (10-12 hours during peak)

Job Responsibilities

• Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment is desired but not required
• Training is provided to all new associates
• Order picking with an RF Scanner, print and place labels to scan
• Perform general labor and support to multiple warehouse departments
• Required to lift (up to 60lbs) repetitively, sort, stack boxes and handle other general duties as assigned to receive or process orders for shipment
• Able to read, count accurately, and follow verbal and written directions in English for safety and training purposes
• Must be able to work as part of a team to achieve Distribution Center goals
• Able to stand and/or walk for the duration of 12 hour shift
• Warehouse is NOT a climate controlled facility
• Will be expected to cross-train in other departments within the warehouse
