Staff Management | SMX in Swanton, OH is hiring Air Logistics Warehouse Associates to support daily operations for Worldwide Flight Services. This stable, hands-on role offers weekly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping; maintain inventory accuracy; and operate pallet jacks or forklifts if trained. Shifts rotate; must be 18+, have HS diploma or GED, pass background and drug tests, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Note: Shifts and schedules are subject to rotate with Associates receiving 2 consecutive days off per work week.

• Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM| $18.50/hr
• Early Morning Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM| $18.50/hr

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.50 - $18.50 per hour. This range is a good‑faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
