Job summary

Staff Management | SMX is hiring Warehouse Material Handlers for Callaway Golf. This temp-to-hire role covers picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and general labor in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You’ll be cross-trained, support multiple departments, and receive training. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 60 lbs, and read basic instructions in English. 1st shift, benefits available, weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse/distribution environment is preferred but not required.
• Training is provided to all new associates.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehouse duties including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Label, sort, unload, and handle inventory as directed.
• Support multiple warehouse departments as needed.
• Able to cross-train and work in various departments within the warehouse.
• Read, count accurately, and follow verbal and written safety/training instructions in English.
• Work as part of a team to help meet Distribution Center goals.
• Able to stand and walk for a 12-hour shift.
