Job Title: Live Stream Moderator / Packer (Jewelry Assistant)

Location: Brooklyn, NY (Transitioning to NJ for Summer Months)
Job Type: Part Time
Schedule: Daily 3 Hour Shifts (Coinciding with Live Streams)
Salary: $18 - $20 per hour

We are seeking an organized, fast paced, and detail oriented Live Stream Moderator and Packer to support our daily fashion jewelry broadcasts. This is a dynamic, multi faceted assistant role where you will work hand in hand with our lead Live Streamer to ensure a flawless customer experience. You will manage the digital chat, assist with presenting products on camera, and immediately pack orders for fast fulfillment. If you are tech savvy, love jewelry, and thrive in a lively environment, this position is for you. This role begins in Brooklyn and will move to New Jersey for the summer season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and moderate the live stream chat box in real time, answering customer questions and pinning featured product details.
• Assist the Live Streamer by prepping, cleaning, and organizing jewelry items to be featured on camera.
• Track purchases and customer claims immediately during the live sale to ensure accurate inventory allocation.
• Pack jewelry items securely and beautifully into shipping packages during or immediately following the stream.
• Print shipping labels, manage fulfillment data, and organize outbound packages for carrier pickup.
• Maintain an organized and clean studio space, ensuring inventory is perfectly organized for the streamer.
• Collaborate with the streamer to keep the broadcast energy high and the product transitions seamless.

Qualifications:

• Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to type quickly and accurately while managing physical inventory.
• Basic proficiency with live streaming platforms, chat moderation tools, and e-commerce fulfillment software.
• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail to ensure the correct items are packed.
• A friendly, professional, and positive attitude when interacting with digital customers in the chat.
• Ability to work daily 3 hour shifts in alignment with the live broadcast schedule.
• Flexibility to work in Brooklyn initially and transition to a New Jersey location during the summer months.
• Previous experience in retail, order fulfillment, shipping, or social media moderation is a plus.
