Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Houston to pick/pack orders, print labels, and inspect products for shipping readiness. You may operate a forklift or order picker and must ensure accurate, damage-free outbound shipments while following SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires physical work, good attention to detail, and basic computer skills. You will contribute to inventory accuracy and maintain a clean, inspection-ready workspace to support SQFI and FDA needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
• Able to complete physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct items and quantities.
• Measure, weigh, and count products as required.
• Operate forklift or order picker if needed for picking.
• Pack orders for parcel, LTL, and TL shipments with proper labels.
• Document order and packaging details and affix shipping labels.
• Inspect containers and packing to meet specifications and SOPs.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and maintain a clean work area.
