Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Detroit is seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented associate for a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will spend most of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products while staying active and engaged on multiple equipment types.

The role requires standing for long periods, operating voice-picking systems, and handling pallets with care. Competitive hourly pay and benefits support your work-life balance in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs for the full shift.
• Experience with order selecting systems or voice-activated pickers is a plus.
• Work in multi-temperature environments and maintain safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Hand stacking pallets and preparing orders for shipment.
• Operate EPJ, pallet jacks, and voice-picking equipment.
• Perform picking and order selecting tasks accurately.
• Move and position pallets as needed to meet daily targets.

Required Skills

• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
