Job Overview:

Warehouse Picker Order Selector - Austin, TX

About the Role

1. Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using voice audio headset.
2. Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to over-head.
3. Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.
4. Hand shrink wrap orders with labels and move completed orders to the loading dock area using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.
5. Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.

Shift and Schedule:

1. Full-time
2. Monday - Friday
3. 11:00 AM - until finished
4. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Equipment & Duties

This position may utilize equipment such as Electronic Pallet Jack, Walkie Rider, Voice Audio Headset, and Shrink Wrap. Responsibilities include hand stacking, order picking, and palletizing.

Total Rewards:

• Starting pay at $19.94 per hour, increasing to $20.98 after 6 months.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, and lift for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Ability to work with a headset and voice-activated order system.
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets.
• Ability to work in hot or cool multi-temperature environments.
