Job summary

Anheuser-Busch in Renton, WA seeks a Warehouse Picker to build pallets for retailers using a riding electric pallet jack and a scan-to-pick system. This role involves lifting 2,000+ beer cases per night and stocking brands such as Budweiser, Bud Light, Busch, Stella Artois, and Michelob Ultra.

You will load the correct products, keep a clean warehouse, rework damaged stock, load trucks, verify pallets, and follow safety standards while working Sunday-Thursday 5:00 PM–1:30 AM with potential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (no degree needed for AB ONE Wholesalers)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 pounds
• Ability to work in wide temperature variation (36°F outside)
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
• Ability to obtain Forklift certification
• Previous beverage industry experience preferred

SALARY: $28.94 per hour + $0.15 (shift premium)

• After 6 months : $32.15 per hour + $0.15 (shift premium)

SHIFT: Sunday-Thursday: 5:00PM-1:30AM (possible overtime based on shift needs)

ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Warehouse Picker , you will use a riding electric pallet jack and a scan to pick iPhone system to build package and keg pallets for retailers. This is a role that can require lifting 2,000+ cases of beer per night, so make sure you are prepared for the physical work! You will be picking brands such as Budweiser, Bud Light, Busch, Stella Artois, Michelob Ultra and more.You are responsible for safely picking the correct product and ensuring it is loaded on the right truck.Other job duties include maintaining a clean warehouse space, reworking damaged product, loading trucks, verifying pallets, maintaining accurate inventory and more.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficiently build stable pallets with orders and position them to a wrapping machine

• Ensure load product meets Anheuser-Busch standards. Quality is everything to us

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of facilities

• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards

• Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED required (no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers!)

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 pounds and fulfill all physical requirements of the job

• Ability to work in a wide temperature variation (36°F -Temperature outside)

• Ability and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision

• Ability to obtain Forklift certification (forklift certified preferred)

• Previous consumer packaged goods / beverage industry experience, preferred
