Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Puller to retrieve and consolidate freight in the distribution center using cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts. You will move orders to proper induction lanes and locate inbound freight for stores, contributing to efficient store replenishment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to safety while supporting Rural King’s commitment to providing a positive experience for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, staying flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Ability to count and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF scan gun to scan cases, master loads, and locations as needed.
• Ensure freight is going to the proper location and is stacked securely.
• Check and maintain proper documentation in the warehouse management system.
• Follow inbound, outbound, and freight relocation operations processes.
