Job summary

Rural King in Ohio seeks a loader to ensure timely, accurate loading and transport of products onto outbound trailers, supporting our distribution network and store operations. You will operate RF scan guns and powered equipment safely, unload and load trailers, meet KPI goals, follow safety rules, and contribute to a positive, customer‑focused team environment.

This on-site role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load outbound trailers accurately and safely.
• Use RF scan guns to load and unload trailers with scan gun technology.
• Unload pallet trailers or cross-dock trailers via powered industrial equipment and allocate freight.
• Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
