Job summary

Keefe Group is seeking operations team members for a fast-paced warehouse environment in Edison, NJ. This full-time role offers a first shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with weekly pay and opportunities for overtime. DailyPay is available as part of the compensation package.

Responsibilities include receiving, order picking, packing, loading, and inventory management using WMS systems. A forklift/MHE certification and a HS diploma are preferred, with benefits starting from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers (MS Office) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and put away product as part of inbound operations.
• Select products for customer orders and prepare them for shipping.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders using forklifts/MHE.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory and perform physical counts in a dynamic environment.
• Utilize WMS systems with mobile scan guns and tablets to process orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Other duties as assigned by the business.
