Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, is seeking operations team members for a warehouse environment in Edison, NJ. This full-time, first-shift role runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with weekly bonuses and overtime opportunities.

Immediate benefits start day one, including PPE provision and a rapid payroll schedule. Responsibilities include inbound receiving, order selection, pallet building, truck loading, and inventory management using WMS and modern equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic environment
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified
• Familiarity with computers including Microsoft Office preferred

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of Commissary (KCN) team
• Build, staging, and load pallet orders on forklifts and material handling equipment for Bulk team
• Load third party and internal delivery trucks
• Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, including counting and correcting inventory
• Leverage WMS systems and technology to deliver orders using mobile scan guns, tablets and more
• Maintain a clean workspace and orderly environment
• Other duties as determined by business needs
