Job summary

Walong Marketing, Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will handle materials, perform order picking, and support inventory control in a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, data entry in the warehouse system, and coordinating with other departments to maintain efficient operations. Night and weekend availability is required, and prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations or related field.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin or English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform order picking using an order picker or pallet jack.
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including loading/unloading trucks and preparing shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Ensure products are stored and organized properly in the warehouse.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of warehouse equipment.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of products.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
