Palmer-Donavin is seeking a Distribution Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking, picking, loading, and shipping operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and safety in a fast-paced distribution setting, with responsibilities including operating equipment, pairing products with orders, and maintaining inventory integrity.

Qualified candidates should have experience in manufacturing or distribution, and must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound freight and accurately stock materials within the warehouse.
• Pull, package, and ship outbound freight according to order specifications.
• Operate forklifts, order pickers, hand dollies, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Lift and handle materials up to 75 pounds for products requiring special handling.
• Support daily warehouse operations while following established safety procedures and operational standards.
