Job summary

Bellmont Cabinets in Sumner, WA is seeking a Picker to join the 1300 department. You will operate a standing forklift, follow tablet instructions, and pick and stage cabinet parts for assembly with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in picking, warehouse, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds; team lift beyond 50 pounds as needed.
• Comfort with using tablets and scanners to follow pick instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow pick instructions on a tablet to select materials.
• Safely operate a standing forklift to pick and transport cabinet parts.
• Deliver picked parts to the assembly team to support production flow.
• Load picked parts into the forklift cart securely.
• Maintain accuracy to meet daily/weekly picking goals.
• Keep equipment and work area safe and organized.
• Assist with inventory tracking and material organization.
