Job summary

HJ Staffing is seeking 15 dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Pickers to join our team supporting Pegasus Logistics Group in Coppell, TX. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, managing inventory, pulling orders, and shipping customer-owned merchandise.

You will also execute systematic transactions in customer-specific systems and handle specialized items like serialized electronics. Please Note: Candidates will start at the Coppell location and will transition to the Northlink

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, receiving, or inventory control experience.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, select, inventory, and store supplies, merchandise, and specialized equipment (including serialized electronics).
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet drivers, and hand carts.
• Load and unload shipments and adhere to SLAs.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
• Handle LTL shipping duties and use TMS for Bills of Lading.

Please Note: Candidates will start at the Coppell location (306 Airline Drive) and will transition to the brand-new Northlink warehouse (15301 Northlink Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76131) later this year.

306 Airline Drive, Coppell, TX 75019 (Note: This position will transition to the Northlink facility in Fort Worth, TX later this year)

Positions Available: 15

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional weekends required)

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment & Receiving: Receive, select, inventory, and store supplies, merchandise, and specialized equipment (including serialized electronics).
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet drivers, and hand carts to move inventory.
• Loading & Unloading: Load and unload shipments while adhering to account-specific SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Inventory Control: Perform regular cycle counts and assist with ongoing inventory management.
• Shipping & Logistics: Handle LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping duties and utilize TMS (Transportation Management Systems) for processing Bills of Lading (BOLs).

Required Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of warehouse, receiving, or inventory control experience.
• Knowledge: Understanding of standard warehouse storage/handling techniques and safety regulations.
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of related warehouse experience.
• Active Forklift Certification.
