Job summary

HJ Staffing is seeking reliable Forklift Operators / Warehouse Agents to join Pegasus Logistics Group in Coppell, TX. You will handle day-to-day warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, inventory management, order picking, and shipping customer-owned materials while upholding SLAs.

Shift is Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with some weekend work. The role involves operating electric reach trucks, standup forklifts, order pickers, and performing cycle counts and documentation in customer systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Active Forklift Certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, select, and ship supplies, merchandise, and equipment.
• Load and unload shipments and handle serialized electronics.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including reach trucks, standup forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
• Perform cycle counts and routine inventory management in customer-specific systems.
• Understand LTL shipping, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Adhere to Service Level Agreements for assigned accounts.
