Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional weekend work. 1–3 years warehouse experience preferred; forklift certification highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse storage, handling techniques and safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Forklift Certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, select, inventory, store, and ship warehouse supplies, merchandise, and equipment.
• Safely operate electric warehouse equipment: Reach Trucks, Standup Counterbalance Forklifts, Order Pickers.
• Perform cycle counting and support inventory control duties.
• Load and unload materials for general and specialized accounts, including serialized electronics.
• Manage LTL shipping processes using a TMS and process Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Maintain adherence to account SLAs and warehouse safety standards.

HJ Staffing is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Forklift Operators / Warehouse Agents to join our team in partnership with Pegasus Logistics Group. As a Warehouse Agent, you will play a key role in receiving, stocking, managing inventory, pulling, and shipping customer-owned material—including specialized serialized electronics.

Location: Initial placement at Coppell Warehouse (306 Airline Drive, Coppell, TX 75019) with a scheduled transition to Northlink Warehouse (15301 Northlink Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76131) later this year.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Occasional weekend work required)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, select, inventory, store, and ship warehouse supplies, merchandise, and equipment.
• Safely operate electric warehouse equipment, including:
  • Electric Reach Trucks
  • Electric Standup Counterbalance Forklifts
  • Electric Order Pickers
• Perform cycle counting and support inventory control duties.
• Load and unload materials for general and specialized accounts, including handling serialized electronics.
• Manage LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping processes, utilizing TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and processing Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Maintain strict adherence to account SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and warehouse safety standards.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience.
• Working knowledge of warehouse storage, handling techniques, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
