Job summary

Novolex in Villa Rica, GA is seeking an Order Picker to join our warehouse team. You will accurately select and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring items match customer specifications and shipping schedules.

This role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include picking/packing, operating forklifts or pallet jacks if applicable, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting with inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• High School diploma preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Standup Forklift Preferred
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring items accurately.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team setting.
• All other duties as assigned.
