Job summary

Novolex is seeking an Order Picker to join our warehouse team in the United States. You will select and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring items match customer specifications and production schedules. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and safe operation of equipment.

The position offers a hourly wage of $18.00 to $21.00 per hour with weekly pay and a Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm shift. High school diploma required; forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Standup forklift preferred.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking.
• Good physical stamina for standing and lifting.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring items.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication to work with team.

Job Description

Position Summary:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring items accurately.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team setting.
