Job summary

ILink Resources, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Associate to unload, receive, and stock product using scanners and the company’s software.

You will perform put-away, picking for shipping, and operate forklifts including sit-down, stand-up, and turret models, following safety procedures. Responsibilities include loading trucks, conducting cycle counts, and assisting with stock management.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and warehousing experience.
• Applicants must have basic computer skills and be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive product using scanners and the company software.
• Put away stock with forklift and locate items accurately.
• Pick parts for shipping and assembly using various forklifts and scanners.
• Respond to Andon system alerts while operating forklifts.
• Group like parts for assembly orders (spider duties).
• Load trucks daily for shipping (box, flat bed, straight).
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

1st Shift Position Available.

Responsibilities:

• Unload and receive in product via company’s software system and scanners.
• Put away various product into storage with use of proper forklift, knowledge of locations, and scanners.
• Pick parts for shipping and Assembly utilizing various forklifts and scanners for smalls, narrows, and wides.
• Respond to Andon system when utilizing Andon system equipped forklifts.
• Perform “spider” duties of grouping like parts for assembly orders.
• Put back into stock excess stock.
• Load Trucks for items to ship daily (Box trucks, Flat Bed trucks, Straight Trucks).
• Performs cycle counts as required.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Prior warehousing experience and use of RFI scanners.
• Experience on Sit Down, Stand Up, and Turret Forklifts.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Must be able to pass drug and background.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
