Job summary

Community Health Partnership in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and stock products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position is part-time (20 hours per week) on the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities including scanning orders, putting away products, and operating equipment such as forklift, palletizer, pallet wrapper, cherry picker, and electric pallet jack.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in picking/packing/stocking preferred.
• Forklift and cherry picker experience preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read/speak English and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Picks product based on daily orders.
• Scans and records product labels and orders into warehouse management system.
• Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Puts away and stocks products.
• Operates equipment (Forklift, Cherry Picker, Pallet Jack) and reports problems.
• Maintains safety and adheres to 6S standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Picks product based on daily orders.
• Scans and records product labels and orders into warehouse management system.
• Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Puts away and stocks products.
• Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Palletizer, Pallet Wrapper, Fork truck, Cherry Picker, and Electric Pallet Jack)
• Reports any mechanical problems.
• Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Prioritizes safety and adheres to safety policies.
• Follows the company 6S standards for maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Experience

• Picking, packing, stocking, and/or loading or related experience preferred.
• Previous forklift and/or cherry picker experience preferred.

General Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to read and speak the English language well enough to communicate, respond to questions, and understand directions, traffic signs, signals, and training.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
