Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring Warehouse Pickers in Fountain Inn, SC. Pay rate is $16.00 per hour, with a Monday-Friday shift from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

You will pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to keep orders moving. Education: high school diploma or GED; Experience: 1 year; Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory systems; strong communication, detail orientation and problem-solving skills are required.

• Pick material based on sales orders.
• Pack materials for shipment per procedures and standards.
• Support the Cycle Count program.

Job Duties

• Unload and stage material for receiving.
• Accurately process inbound receipt of freight.
• Correctly label material before storage.
• Storage of product based on material type.
• Pick material based on sales orders.
• Properly pack materials for shipment based on relevant procedures and standards.
• Support the Cycle Count program.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
