Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Material Handler for the Fountain Inn, SC location on 2nd shift. Pay rate is $19.00 per hour with a Monday through Friday schedule and steady weekly pay.

A strong safety mindset and the ability to work at heights up to 24 feet on powered equipment are required. You’ll operate Cherry Pickers and Reach Trucks, use RF scanners and WMS, pick and stage orders, move inbound and outbound inventory, maintain accurate locations, and contribute to a clean, safe, productive warehouse

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Order picker (Cherry Picker) and Reach Truck operation required or preferred.
• Ability to operate at heights up to 24 feet on powered equipment.
• RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Self-motivated with ability to meet production and performance standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the shift.
• Willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using Cherry Pickers and Reach Trucks
• Put away inbound inventory into designated warehouse locations
• Move products from inbound staging areas to assigned storage locations
• Stage and load outbound shipments onto trucks
• Operate RF scanners and use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process inventory transactions
• Verify product locations and maintain inventory accuracy
• Meet daily productivity and performance goals
• Follow warehouse safety procedures while operating powered industrial equipment
• Assist with general material handling and warehouse operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
