Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Picker in Lebanon, TN, offering $15.00 per hour. Schedule includes early morning shifts on Mon and Tue, with variations midweek and potential overtime through the 4:30 PM mark. This role focuses on accurate picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.

You will work with RF scanners, packing materials, and warehouse systems to ensure inventory accuracy and timely delivery, while maintaining safety and productivity.

Qualifications

Location: Lebanon, TN
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
Mon & Tues 6 am to 4:30 pm, Wed 7 am to 3:30 pm, Thur-Fri 7 am to 1:30 pm.
If work overtime you will stay until 430 pm on days you would get off earlier

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Picker.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
