Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Warehouse Picker in Lebanon, TN to pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment. You will follow pick tickets, use RF scanners and pallet jacks, and ensure accurate orders for oil filters and related items.

Warehouse Picker

Location: Lebanon, TN

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Mon & Tues 6 am to 4:30 pm, Wed 7 am to 3:30 pm, Thu-Fri 7 am to 1:30 pm.

If work overtime you will stay until 430 pm on days you would get off earlier.

Looking for Warehouse Picker jobs in Lebanon where accuracy and speed keep orders moving? This opportunity lets you pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while helping customers receive the right items on time and in excellent condition.

You will be picking orders from a sheet of paper that includes oil filters, drain plugs, etc for the take five oil change locations.

This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Picker/Packer career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Picker.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
