LSI Staffing is partnering with a leading logistics provider in Alabama to hire dependable warehouse associates for 1st and 2nd shifts. The role offers temp-to-hire with pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, scanning, sorting parts, and forklift operation training if needed. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and have warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forklift operation – Will train if necessary, but experience is welcomed.
• Picking, packing, scanning, and sorting parts (Will train).
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and pushing.
