Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking motivated warehouse personnel in Alabama to support receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping activities. You will operate forklifts and order-picking equipment, maintain clean work areas, and follow established procedures to ensure timely, accurate handling of inventory.

Preferred candidates have forklift/order picker experience, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to perform simple tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of related work experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Forklift/order picker experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inbound product in designated location.
• Pick and deliver correct product to staging area or delivery truck.
• Operate manual or powered equipment to move product in the warehouse.
• Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves or bins.
• Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas.
• Follow company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
