MP Biomedicals is seeking a Warehouse/Pick Pack Associate to efficiently process inventory and customer orders. You will retrieve items, pack them for domestic and international shipments, and apply accurate labeling while maintaining audit-ready records.

The role emphasizes cross-training across inventory, receiving, and warehouse operations to support overall supply chain flow. The position requires a high school diploma, warehouse experience, and comfort with forklifts and scanning equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics training is a plus.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Proficiency with material handling equipment and safety compliance required.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tasks.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from designated storage locations based on order specifications and pick lists.
• Accurately pack products for domestic and international shipments.
• Apply labels and barcodes for tracking and identification.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits.
• Operate packing machinery and ensure safe operation and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
