RXinsider LTD. in North Olmsted, OH is seeking a Warehouse Pick Pack in the Operations department. This hourly role reports to the Distribution Manager and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 12 PM to 8:30 PM.

The position focuses on accurate picking/packing, relabeling and repackaging, and maintaining high customer-satisfaction standards. A high school diploma or GED is required, plus reliable transportation.

Primary Function

Pick and/or pack customer orders accurately/efficiently and relabel and repackage products while consistently striving for improved customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED


• Reliable Transportation


• Willing to work overtime to accommodate business needs


• Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions


• Current basic math and computer skills


• Self-motivated and team oriented; works harmoniously and effectively with others


• Detail oriented with strong follow-through; able to read and type numbers accurately


• The ability to stand for a long period of time; occasionally alternating between sitting and standing; reaching with both arms; frequently using near vision; operate packaging machine and other tools.
