Job summary

Cencora is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate to support our MWI Animal Health operations in Minnesota. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, packaging, and efficient material movement for timely product shipment, with emphasis on temperature-sensitive materials and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and up to two years in warehouse support. CSCP certification is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a stable daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• CSCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.

Responsibilities

• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.

Shift Details :

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay Details :

$ 19.50 with potential for up to $ 22.79 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations activities to enable timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity. Maintains operational records, transaction accuracy, and workflow adherence across transportation, storage, and shipment activities. Processes routine and moderately complex requirements within established guidelines to reduce disruption and sustain control of materials and vehicles. Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred

Work Experience:

• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.

• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
