Warehouse Person (Loader/Order Selector) - Evenings/Seasonal

Position Overview

This labor-intensive role involves hand-building pallets for bulk and route trucks, requiring strict attention to order accuracy and safety. Employees will work from electronic systems or order sheets, using forklifts and electronic pallet jacks, and must maintain a clean and safe environment. The work involves lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly and working in various weather conditions, with hours varying based on workload.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate power pallet jacks or forklifts to build pallets according to load sheets or voice pick systems.
2. Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items.
3. Wrap pallets upon completion.
4. Verify paperwork before loading trucks.
5. Stage and load pallets into trucks.
6. Complete partial pallets and organize stored pallets.
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
8. Ensure regular attendance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Experience

• Warehouse experience including order picking, pallet stacking, and operating powered equipment.
• Experience with racking systems and team collaboration.
