This labor-intensive position involves hand building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks. Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, working from electronic systems or order sheets, and operating forklifts or electronic pallet jacks. The role requires maintaining a safe, clean work environment and may involve working in various weather conditions with variable shifts.

Key tasks include loading and unloading raw materials, bulk products, and route loads, ensuring proper stacking and shrink-wrapping for stability, and handling returns. Physical demands are high, requiring lifting 20-45 pounds repeatedly, along with standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

PRIMARY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Operate power pallet jacks or forklifts to build pallets according to load sheets or voice pick systems.
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and wrap pallets.
• Complete paperwork and stage pallets for loading.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure attendance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older.

Helpful Experience:

• Warehouse experience, including operating powered equipment and working with racking systems.
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
