This labor-intensive position involves hand building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks. Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy during loading and unloading, working from electronic order systems or sheets, and using forklifts or electronic pallet jacks. The role requires maintaining a clean and safe environment, working in various weather conditions, and lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to build pallets/load according to load sheets or voice pick systems.
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items.
• Wrap pallets upon completion.
• Complete paperwork and check trucks before loading.
• Stage pallets and load into trucks.
• Manage partial and mixed pallets.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
• Ensure reliable attendance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.

Helpful Experience:

• Warehouse environment experience, including order picking, pallet stacking, and operating powered equipment.
• Forklift operation skills.
• Experience with racking systems and pallet loading/unloading.
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
