This labor-intensive position involves hand building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, requiring strict attention to order accuracy and compliance with shipping documentation. The role includes working with electronic order systems and operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Employees must maintain a clean and safe work environment and may work in various weather conditions, with shifts varying based on workload.

The main responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, stacking and shrink-wrapping pallets, and ensuring proper documentation and safety standards are followed.

PRIMARY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Operate power pallet jacks or forklifts to build pallets according to order sheets or voice pick systems.
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and wrap pallets upon completion.
• Complete and verify paperwork before loading trucks.
• Stage pallets and load them into trucks, ensuring proper stacking and stability.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Attend work reliably and predictably.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Helpful Experience:

• Experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, pallet stacking, and operating forklifts.
• Ability to work with racking systems and in team environments.
