This labor-intensive position is responsible for hand building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks. Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, working from electronic order systems or sheets, and using forklifts or electronic pallet jacks. The role requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment, often working in various weather conditions, with hours depending on workload.

Key duties involve loading and unloading trucks, building and wrapping pallets, and maintaining documentation accuracy. The position requires lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, with constant standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

PRIMARY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Drive power pallet jack or forklift to build pallets according to load sheets or voice pick systems.
2. Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items.
3. Wrap pallets upon completion.
4. Check paperwork before loading trucks.
5. Stage pallets and load into trucks.
6. Complete partial pallets and organize storage.
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
8. Attend reliably and predictably.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older.

Helpful Experience:

• Experience in warehouse environments, operating forklifts, working with racking systems, and team collaboration.
