This full-time position requires occasional travel between two locations, weekend/holiday work as needed, forklift certification, and a commitment to GMP

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Three years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification or ability to become certified required.
  • At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office products.

  • Selects and assembles products from load sheets within time limits.
  • Receive and store merchandise; ensure documentation is correct and resolve discrepancies with Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Assemble and distribute plant supplies and ingredients used in production.
  • Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas and comply with GMP standards.

SUMMARY

The Warehouse Person is responsible for safe, accurate, and efficient handling of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods within the facility. This position supports production by ensuring materials are received, stored, and distributed in a timely manner while maintaining organized and clean warehouse areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide daily support across two designated company locations, with required onsite presence at one location during the morning and the second location during the afternoon, including travel between locations as needed.
  • Selects and assembles products from load sheets within established time limits.
  • Received and puts away all merchandise being delivered to the warehouse.
  • Ensures all receiving documentation is correct and any discrepancies are resolved immediately with the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Assembles and distributes plant supplies and ingredients used in the production process.
  • Maintains warehouse interior in a clean, neat, and organized manner, ensuring strict adherence to all policies and procedures established for the Warehouse.
  • Bails cardboard compactor for recycling.
  • Assist with monthly physical inventories as required.
  • Pick, stage, and load trailers for daily production and shipping needs.
  • Unload inventory deliveries and transport material to designated areas, including sugar rooms.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
  • Must hold and maintain a valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to travel or relocate between different company sites and work locations as business needs require.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
