Responsibilities:• Process parts requests for field technicians• Update customers on parts availability and schedule return visits for installation• Pick up parts from vendors and input them into inventory software• Assist with warranty parts returns and general warehouse operations• Maintain a clean and organized workspace• Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs
Qualifications:• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check• High school diploma or GED• Forklift certification preferred• Reliable with strong attendance and dependability• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Team player willing to help wherever needed• HVAC parts knowledge is a plus, but not required
