Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay of $20.00 per hour, with opportunities to increase after 45 days.
• Monthly incentive bonuses based on individual and team performance.
• First shift work Monday-Friday, with schedules varying based on business needs.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass driver’s road skill test and DOT physical.
• Good communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs frequently and 90 lbs occasionally.
• Must be comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and pivoting for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet using material handling equipment.
