The ideal candidate will operate a forklift safely, handle physical duties, and demonstrate consistent attendance while adapting to varying shifts and weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate forklift proficiently.
• Physically strong, agile and dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions.
• Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
• Strong people skills and good moral character.
• Availability to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the work environment.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Accept delivery of inventory.
• Count and confirm inventory.
• Inspect inventory for damage and faults.
• Communicate errors to relevant parties.
• Mark and label stock.
• Store inventory in an accessible manner.
• Load and wrap stock on pallets.
• Build loads with forklift and electronic pallet jack.
