The Parts Warehouse Associate I plays a critical role in supporting warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency within the parts network. This position is responsible for executing daily warehouse functions including order fulfillment, inventory movement, shipping and receiving, staging, and customer support while maintaining high standards for safety, accuracy, and productivity.
This role directly contributes to customer uptime, operational performance, and inventory integrity through efficient execution of warehouse processes and cross-functional support.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; bend; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock and explosives.
