Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Monroe, WI, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage, and shipping of equipment and parts. You will prepare products for customer delivery and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely parts availability for jobs.

The role focuses on inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and proactive communication with the Service Manager and Materials team to meet upcoming job needs.

Qualifications

• Forklift driving experience or certification is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills for inventory and documentation.
• Attention to detail in inventory accuracy and order accuracy.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted, more with a partner.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory including receiving, verifying product counts, and maintaining inventory organization.
• Contribute to lean inventory and communicate any excess inventory issues.
• Package and palletize product for shipping.
• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped to customers.
• Label and pack shipping documentation with shipments.
• Deliver parts and components on assigned job orders proactively and on-time to assigned technicians in service shop.
• Communicate with Service Manager, Parts Coordinator, and Purchasing & Materials Manager regularly about upcoming jobs for component and parts needs.
