Your Day at Lowe's

As a Receiver/Stocker, you keep our stores clean and presentable, ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will unload merchandise, move it to the sales floor, stock shelves, and handle hazardous materials safely.

This role is physically demanding: proper lifting procedures are essential. You will also replace damaged shelving, organize the backroom, and ensure equipment is charged. While most activities are independent, you may assist customers and handle merchandise as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure products are received, stocked, and replenished accurately.
• Follow proper lifting guidelines for safety.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe aisles.
• Engage positively with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Report safety or security concerns.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally and listen effectively.
• Proficiency with smartphones and retail technology.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment.
• Experience in warehouse inventory handling and stocking.
