C&S Wholesale Grocers in Plant City, FL is seeking a Pallet Sorter to empty return trailers and organize pallets, totes, and cardboard bales. You will log data and sort items by truck, color, and destination in a fast-paced warehouse.

Expected to work Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, in varied temperature zones from freezer to grocery areas. Pay is $16.50 per hour with paid training and benefits starting day one.

Qualificações

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for up to 10 hours.
• Basic data entry and record keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Sort through returned packaging and move to proper place in the warehouse.
• Unload trailers' cargo holds of pallets, totes, and cardboard bales.
• Sort pallets/totes/bales by truck, color, and destination.
• Record data on amount and type of returned packaging.
• Load packaging onto trucks according to vendor.
• Maintain a clean work area at shift end.

Position Overview

As a Pallet Sorter, you will empty return trailers from store deliveries of empty pallets, totes, and cardboard bales.

Earn $16.50 per hour Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Frozen - about -20° - 0°

Perishable (Refrigerated) - about 28°- 60° 7:00 pm until the work is completed

Grocery (dry goods) - about 50°- 90° 9:00 pm until the works completed

• Sort pallets, totes, and cardboard bales according to truck, color, and destination
• Record data regarding amount and type of returned packaging
• Load packaging onto appropriate trucks according to vendor
• Clean work area at the end of each shift
