Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is hiring for Warehouse Associates in Concord, NC. The role involves a fast-paced, physical environment with tasks like loading, unloading, selecting, and palletizing. You will be part of a team that aims to deliver results across our nationwide supply chain operations.

Shifts run Monday through Friday starting at 5:30 AM. No relocation needed; training is available for motivated individuals who meet the physical requirements and want to grow within a high-performance

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with strong work ethic; fast-paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, select orders, and palletize.
• Audit, repack, sort, and maintain housekeeping.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
