Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Knoxville is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform a variety of duties in a fast-paced, physical environment. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing and general housekeeping to support smooth operations.

This role offers weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for internal growth across sites. Training is provided to prepared candidates; Monday through Friday shifts apply.

Qualifications

• High-energy, with a strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of lifting 25–75 lbs and performing manual warehouse tasks.
• Experience in warehouse or with equipment preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods.
• Select items for shipment and palletize.
• Audit and sort inventory; handle repacking as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety guidelines.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
