Description

Position: Warehouse, Packing and Shipping Specialist

Tiege Hanley is an uncomplicated skincare company for men. Our mission is simple: to HELP ALL MEN LOOK AND FEEL AMAZING. We operate Tiege.com, an e-commerce website with over 250,000 monthly visitors, manage our products on Amazon and Walmart.com, and have begun to open retail accounts, partnering with Nordstrom Rack, Meijer, and CVS as examples.

Tiege Hanley’s Operations team is charged with supporting our growing business by ensuring that our customers receive their packages as quickly as possible while maintaining Tiege Hanley's high standard of presentation.

The Warehouse, Packing, and Shipping Specialist ensures our product reaches our customers. They succeed by increasing client satisfaction, eliminating problems, and ensuring that all orders ship accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Packing products to be shipped to customers.
• Prepares daily orders to be shipped, prints mailing labels, and labels boxes.
• Transports orders to the shipping dock for pick up by registered carriers.
• Receives inbound freight shipments from the dock to the company storage space using a hand-maneuvered pallet jack.
• Assist in the storage and organization of inventory and supplies.
• Packages product into individual unit cartons.
• Prepares orders for Amazon, Walmart, and other Retail partners.
• Provides general warehouse help, including but not limited to: taking packages to the post office, cleaning the workspace, preparing special shipments, etc.

Requirements

• Able to troubleshoot issues.
• Receives internal communication well while being able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work weekdays between the hours of 8-4 and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Cleanliness and attention to detail are a must.

The Warehouse, Packing and Shipping Specialist must-haves:

• Willing to work collaboratively with a team to achieve daily packing and shipping goals.
• Be motivated for success.
• The ability to work independently.
• Experience with fulfillment technologies is preferred but not required.

Reports to the Operations Manager.
