Position: Warehouse, Packing and Shipping Specialist

Description

Tiege Hanley is an uncomplicated skincare company for men. Our mission is simple: to HELP ALL MEN LOOK AND FEEL AMAZING. We operate Tiege.com, an e-commerce website with over 250,000 monthly visitors, manage our products on Amazon and Walmart.com, and have begun to open retail accounts, partnering with Nordstrom Rack, Meijer, and CVS as examples.

Tiege Hanley’s Operations team supports our growing business by ensuring fast and high-standard delivery of packages to our customers.

The Warehouse, Packing, and Shipping Specialist ensures our product reaches customers efficiently, increasing satisfaction and maintaining accuracy and timeliness of shipments.

Responsibilities

• Packing products for shipment.
• Preparing daily orders, printing mailing labels, and labeling boxes.
• Transporting orders to the shipping dock for pickup.
• Receiving inbound freight using a pallet jack.
• Assisting in inventory storage and organization.
• Packaging products into cartons.
• Preparing orders for retail partners like Amazon and Walmart.
• Providing general warehouse assistance, such as taking packages to the post office and cleaning.

Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Effective internal communication and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work weekdays 8-4 and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to cleanliness and detail.

Must-Haves

• Teamwork and motivation for success.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with fulfillment technologies (preferred but not required).

Reports to the Operations Manager.
