Job summary

Elite Staffing Inc. in Jerome, ID is seeking a Warehouse Worker to pack finished plastic bags into cartons and prepare them for shipping. You will follow safety procedures and assist with bag-line operations to ensure high-quality output.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to work 12-hour day/night rotating shifts, and overtime as needed. Training courses will be provided per management. Includes a $100 sign-on bonus and long-term position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pack finished plastic bags from the bag line into cartons and prepare for shipping.
• Inspect finished product for quality and notify issues.
• Weigh and label cases; document as required.
• Stack finished product on pallets evenly and safely.
• Assist Converting Operator with roll changes and inspections.
• Ensure safety guards are in place and operating properly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
